As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of large-scale commercial and industrial chiller systems. This position requires the ability to work independently, lead by example, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment. • Perform comprehensive installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and industrial chiller systems, including centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues related to HVAC equipment.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance inspections and service calls to ensure optimal system performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Manage parts inventory and order necessary components for repairs and installations.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
• Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project completion.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically working with HVAC chiller systems.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration principles and cycle.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical controls.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and control sequences is a plus.
• Valid EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
